1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TMB66, Malaysia's leading online entertainment platform. This Terms and Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and TMB66 ("Platform", "We"). By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the TMB66 platform — whether through the official website or the iOS and Android mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies, and guidelines set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using the TMB66 platform immediately. Acceptance of these terms is an absolute condition for using any services offered by TMB66, including gaming, deposits, withdrawals, promotions, and any other functions within the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the TMB66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the freezing or closure of all associated accounts, including any balances held within them. TMB66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a copy of your national ID, passport, or other official documents to verify a member's identity.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Deposit: The minimum deposit per transaction is RM10. Deposits are processed instantly once payment is confirmed by the bank or digital wallet provider. TMB66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour for fully verified accounts. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same member's name.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Turnover Requirements

Any attempt to exploit promotions — including but not limited to hedge betting across accounts or groups of accounts, canceling bonuses without any legitimate wins or losses, or using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will be treated as a serious violation.

• Losses caused by transaction delays on the part of the bank or payment service provider

TMB66's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

TMB66 reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any member's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to:

• Registration using false information or another person's details
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Use of unauthorized software or methods in gameplay
• Suspected activities related to money laundering or financial fraud
• Violation of the 18-year age limit
• Conduct that negatively impacts the experience of other members

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all valid balances will be refunded upon completion of the verification process. Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for refund.
